A shoutout on OnlyFans is when one creator promotes another creator to their audience, typically through a post on their feed, a story, or a direct message to their subscribers. Shoutouts are one of the simplest and most common forms of creator collaboration, requiring minimal effort while potentially delivering significant subscriber growth for the creator being promoted.

Shoutouts can be either paid or reciprocal. In a paid shoutout, a creator charges a fee to promote another creator to their audience. Prices vary widely based on the promoter's subscriber count and engagement rate, ranging from a few dollars to several hundred. In a reciprocal arrangement, often called share-for-share (S4S), two creators agree to shout each other out to their respective audiences at no cost.

An effective shoutout typically includes an appealing preview of the promoted creator's content, a direct link to their OnlyFans profile, and a personal endorsement or recommendation from the promoter.
